All machines go through an in-depth Diagnostic Process. This full system diagnostic takes an average 6-8 hours to complete the hardware portion (based on standard hardware configurations), followed by a Targeted Software Analysis. Once diagnostics are complete, we will contact you with results, and will not perform any repairs or services without your approval.
These specialized repairs are sent out to our affiliated partners, so even if it is something we are unable to in-house, we still handle it for you.Â
